IUS has maintained the certification of our health, safety environmental, and quality management systems to the ISO 9001,14001, and 45001 standards.

Following audits conducted by LRQA (4th – 8th March 2024) with Zero Non-Conformances raised!

IUS attended the ‘Wates Contractors Business Briefing and Awards Dinner’ and was delighted to secure the award for ‘Exceptional Health & Safety’. This recognition is associated with the AESC UK Giga Plant in Sunderland. Together with AESC, Envision, Wates, SES, and many other companies on this prestigious project, IUS is committed to working collaboratively to maintain this exceptional health and safety standard. 

It was the IUS annual review today, with the achievements of 2023 recognised as well as a very positive outlook for 2024. The presentations were very informative, with lots of exciting projects to deliver over the next 12 months and beyond.

IUS has enabled the capture of 574 tonnes of CO2 by supporting the creation of new woodlands at Sarah’s Wood in Northumberland.

IUS attended the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust Netwalking event at Potteric Carr Nature Reserve in Doncaster on Tuesday 26^th of September.

It was a fantastic event that showcased the excellent work that has taken place.

It is great to be associated with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and its conservation projects throughout the region.

IUS has recently become a member of the International Otter Survival Fund and today is World Otter Day, we all need to help otters by protecting our wetland habitats.

At the end of January 2023, our IUS colleagues passed the 2 million hours worked without a lost time accident milestone. It's a big thank you from the IUS management team for the commitment and dedication required to achieve this outstanding performance. We will make every effort to maintain this positive duration of success, which will be 6 years in March 2023.

IUS has secured a turnkey contract for the installation of a 50MW Tesla Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Little Raith Farm near Cardenden, Lochgell in Fife, Scotland.

Integrated Utility Services has received a RoSPA Order of Distinction Health and Safety Award for working hard to ensure its staff get home safely to their families at the end of every working day.

CONCOM was established by 'The Humber Contractor Competency Forum' to manage their contractor supply chain. This is achieved via a comprehensive system audit assessment of the management of health & safety, competence, quality, environment & management of the supply chain.

IUS up and running at our Lustrum House Office in Stockton, including new signage!

IUS continues to replenish our fleet, whilst retaining our carbon neutral commitment.

IUS has re-located from our old Middlesbrough office to Lustrum House in Stockton. We now operate from our new, customer friendly premises.

IUS scored 100% on the Achilles verification audit in April.

For 2021 we are offsetting 604 tonnes of CO2 at Toms Wood, in Doddington North, Northumberland, which equates to 1,203 trees, 0.75 hectare of native woodlands.
