Body

On Friday, we brought our Industrial teams together at Ripon Racecourse for our Integrated Utility Services Industrial Stand Down meeting, taking time to step back, reflect and align on our priorities for the quarter ahead.

Throughout the day, we focused on key topics including resource planning, safe working practices and our continued commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture across all operations.

We also took the opportunity to recognise colleagues who have demonstrated exceptional care and responsibility behind the wheel in 2025, presenting a series of Safe Driving Awards to those who consistently upheld high standards throughout the year. Their commitment to safety on the road reflects the values we strive for across every part of our business.

It was a brilliant chance for our field teams to share their insights and feedback with the wider teams. Hearing directly from those delivering work on the ground helps us continually improve how we operate and ensures we’re supporting our teams in the right way.

A huge thank you to the colleagues and teams who attended and contributed. Your collaboration helps keep safety, quality and teamwork at the heart of everything we do at IUS.
