Integrated Utility Services (IUS) is proud to have successfully delivered a major infrastructure upgrade at Leeds City Council's Woodhouse Lane car park.
The project involved:
- Designing and installing a new 1000kVA bulk LV substation for DNO/IDNO adoption
- Installing approximately 350m of HV triplex cable through one of Leeds city centre's busiest ring roads, requiring extensive traffic management and road closures
- Designing and installing substation equipment, including a 1000kVA Schneider Electric transformer, HV ring main unit and 1600A LV ACB cabinet
- Delivering the private LV cable network connecting directly into the client's adjacent switch room
This complex project demonstrates IUS's capability to design, manage and deliver critical electrical infrastructure in challenging urban environments while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence.
