Key Responsibilities

As a Craftsperson, you will team up with either our Fitting or Jointing teams and support them with cable jointing, plant installation, construction, maintenance and repair of HV switchgear.​

If you have experience working in any of the following industry-related fields, we want to hear from you​

  • Domestic or Commercial Electricians​

  • Electrical Fitter / Technician ​

  • Electrical Maintenance Engineer​

  • Electricians Mate​

  • Rail Electrical Craftsperson​

  • Telecoms ​

  • Overhead networks​

  • Utility Tradesperson​

  • Armed Forces ​

     

Along with a competitive salary of £31,269, we also offer great benefits such as;

Essential qualifications & attributes

  • HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or DNO / Recognised Electrical Authorisation​

  • Previous experience as an HV OHL & UG SAP​

  • Previous experience on HV DNO and private networks​

  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable qualification & attributes

  • Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering​

  • Previous experience on HV/EHV DNO and private networks​

  • IET registration (IEng/CEng)​

  • Commercial and operational responsibilities
