Universities

Universities throughout the UK are extending their private electrical networks to meet the growth in the number of students, of all ages.

The power supplies to support the infrastructure are of critical importance and IUS have worked collaboratively with universities to meet the challenges of their ever-evolving networks.

The essential supplies associated with universities

The essential supplies associated with universities include hospital trusts, laboratories, lecture theatres, student accommodation, administrative buildings, social facilities and sporting and leisure establishments.

These establishments need a reliable High Voltage contractor who can respond to new connections on campus, as well as inspection and maintenance of existing assets. This can also include refurbishment and upgrade works.

All within an environment where reliability and dependability, which IUS provide, are vital.

The youth are our future, and the UK is quite rightly proud of our education structure and the nations capacity to nurture talent.

IUS has been involved in supporting a network of universities from both a construction and maintenance perspective. Our capability, including emergency call out service, is ideally suited to meet the demands in the education sectors.
